Home Care have been very supportive and helpful with their care. When I’ve had any problems they are very approachable and quick to respond to any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Hemel Hempstead team

I have been using At Home Care to support my 98 year old mother for some years, and I have no concerns at all in leaving her in their care. Their personal service provision is respectful and carried out in a professional, but friendly style. Their admin is equally professional, with a can do attitude to changes that may be required.

Elizabeth has been supported by At Home Care for nearly three years now since her stroke and we have always been pleased with the professionalism and caring she has received.Communication with head office has been excellent and accommodating and we appreciate the trouble they go to overcome problems not of their own making .We have never had any concerns with the carers and we appreciate their caring attitude.

Having taken a few years to come to terms with now being disabled and my new way life....having carers come into my space was very daunting...BUT at home care have made feel so so comfortable, the services they provide are outstanding and they pay close attention to detail with cleaning duties, the food they prepare is of restaurant quality and I'm trying new things...and as a result of this and their lovely kinds words of support...I have noticeably gained weight, I'm looking alot healthier...they have almost definitely improved my way of life .
They also take time to talk with me, see how I'm feeling, how I'm doing and just general chat...which means so much as don't really see or speak with anyone else.
It genuinely feels as though a family member who cares from the heart is coming to visit...which I look forward to 3 times a week

Thank you you ever so much homecare team I honestly do not know how I would have got through the past few months without you all

My mum had several different care companies over her last few years and I can easily say that At Home Care were by far the best. The carers genuinely cared and the management also were compassionate and understanding - not just to mum but to myself and my brother. They understood how difficult it could be to deal with mum's situation and were empathetic and went out of their way to try and accommodate any changes. Melissa would stay in contact with me to ensure mum always got the help she needed, but also to check on how I was doing. 1000% recommend 👌

I move to Scotland. Leaving My Nan in the care home was one of the hardest things I ever done. Due to the amazing carers she had a lovely time. The staff was more helpful whenever she needed help and that gave me peace of mind that she was in good hands. The carers in my eyes were absolutely amazing towards my Nan and seeing her happy was the best thing ever. If anybody’s looking at these places, I would highly recommended these ones…
