I have been with At Home Care for nearly six years, starting as a Care & Support Worker and progressing to my current role as Operations Manager.
Along the way, I advanced through roles as a Field Care Supervisor, Deputy Care Manager, and Registered Care Manager. The career opportunities and support at At Home Care have been incredible, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally.
I am deeply passionate about providing more than just care it’s about making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Started out here at At Home Care as a Care and Support Worker, and with the help, support and consistent training the management provided, I rose to my present role as a Care Coordinator.
I am committed to ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.
My goal is to streamline processes, improve patient experiences, and support positive health outcomes through efficient care management and personalized service.
Providing this daily gives me a sense of purpose, and I love it.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over 30 years and have been part of the at-home care team for the past 4 years. As a coordinator, I ensure that service users receive their correct call times and consistent care.
My goal is to make sure they’re happy, as we may be the only friendly face they encounter during their day.

I began my career as a Trainee Recruiter before progressing within the care sector into recruitment and HR leadership roles. I joined At Home Care as an HR Officer in April 2024 and was promoted to HR Manager in July 2025.
In my current role, I oversee recruitment and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to Care Quality Commission and Home Office regulations while supporting high standards of workforce management and person-centred care. I am proud to contribute to an organisation committed to delivering quality care and making a positive impact within the community.

As the financial officer, I oversee all aspects of At Home Care’s finances, ensuring accuracy and stability in daily and monthly operations.

I began my care career in 2009 in a high-needs dementia care home. I progressed quickly, completing my NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 within the first few years. Over time, I continued to develop professionally and was promoted into managerial roles.
Throughout my career, I've worked across learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, and residential care settings, building a broad, well-rounded skill set in the care sector.
I took a few years away from work to raise my son, and I have recently returned to my career now that he is older. I am excited to be back in the care sector and look forward to contributing as part of a team.

I am passionate about building strong local relationships and helping At Home Care stay closely connected with the communities we support.
As a relationship manager, my role involves working with local organisations, charities, professionals, and community groups to raise awareness of the care available and to make it easier for people to find trusted support when they need it most.
